BLACK BEAR LAND AT GIANT ROBOT

Let’s go back to National Burger Day 2018 at Hawker House. You’re there, soaking up the August sun and nodding along to an anecdote you’ve heard many times before (“…and then I called my teacher ‘Mum’!”). And Black Bear Burger are there too, serving up the Black and Blue slider to rave reviews.

Now, for the very first time, they’re upsizing it and making it a part of their regular menu. It’s an exclusive at Giant Robot – a gift to Canary Wharf after they moved in earlier this week.

To jog your memory, it’s loaded with a beef patty, American cheese, pancetta, onions, and dripping with blue cheese sauce.

The menu is rounded out by signature Black Bear brilliance: the Classic’s crammed with beef, cheese, bacon and honey mustard mayo; and the Black Bear subs in honey mustard for onion jam and garlic mayo. Their nuggets are next level too.
