MODERN EUROPEAN BBQ AT DINERAMA
Cook Love is a new street food concept powered by a double blast of Michelin-starred expertise: David Moore, the founder of Pied à Terre, and his head chef Asimakis Chaniotis.
Making its debut at Dinerama, the launch menu has a modern European flavour and is headlined by a long-time Pied à Terre favourite, wood-fired scallops with seaweed butter.
Dishes will be cooked in an oil-drum BBQ to create a smooth smokiness, including the pork in brioche (pulled leg of pork with ponzu, chilli and pickles). And the three-item selection is rounded out by the creamy caress of cacio e pepe.
