HUNTING OUT LONDON'S BEST NEW PLATES
You’ve been given the responsibility of choosing the spring team lunch venue. Cue panic as you try to find a menu that caters for the vegetarians, the celiac, Tom with the dairy intolerance etc etc. Enter stage left: Rovi in Fitzrovia. It’s a Yotam Ottolenghi creation, but unlike anything you’ve seen from him before. The team have paired up with local farmers to produce a vegetable-led menu, with a focus on live-fire cooking. Our #KillerDish was the epic chalkstream trout – melt-in-the-mouth fish steak served with kohlrabi, a pistachio salsa and bergamot.
