Phung Kay are back

Bringing vegan Chinese food to Shoreditch

Phung Kay’s vegan versions of Chinese classics were a huge hit at Model Market last year – and now they’ve landed at Dinerama with some fresh new dishes for 2020.

Owners Angie and Jade have arrived in our Shoreditch street food arena with a revamped, 100% vegan menu that features THREE all-new exclusives.

Two noodle dishes will debut with us, including the Shanghainese, their take on a Bolognese – the mince is made from shiitake and wood ear mushrooms, smoked tofu and preserved snow veg, and finished with silken tofu.

Plus there’s a three-strong Snacks section with another newbie, the Mooli Hash – deep fried turnip rice cakes with bean sprouts, garlic and a secret spice mix.

Whether you’re doing Veganuary or just a fan of damn good food, get involved with this ASAP.
