Raastawala and Sparrow collab

Whip out your phone calendar, we’ve got an important date for you. An extra-special collab has landed at Model Market.

Lewisham legends Sparrow are teaming up with our resident kati roll dons Raastawala. They’ve combined forces to create two exclusive new dishes, available for THREE more weekends.

First up, Raastawala’s signature kati roll will be stuffed with Sparrow’s Sri Lankan curry: succulent lamb shoulder, garlic, cinnamon, cloves, pepper, coriander seeds, tomatoes, and fresh curry leaves.

Then there’s a spiced ginger ‘n’ garlic cauliflower masterpiece. Made with mustard seeds, fenugreek, turmeric, and fresh curry leaves, this one can also be made vegan – just ask when you pitch up.

Both kati rolls come topped with salads and slathered in any of Raastawala’s award-winning homemade sauces: yoghurt and mint, green coriander and chilli chutney, or tamarind. See you at our late and local Lewisham feast this Fri from 17:00.
